We sincerely apologize for the trouble caused by server down since this Friday, 20 March 2020 to Saturday, 21 March 2020.
The problem was caused by operating system crash on our main server hosted in Singapore Data Center. Although OS corruption is very rare and we keep regular backups for such situation, there will unavoidably be differences in data due to the few days of differences.
We managed to restore from last restoration backup and got some problem in the process that caused the delay.
Currently, server get back to normal and please do contact our team if you have any problem with the data. Our team will provide full assistance to keep your data up to date.
